Refund policy

The Secrecy Club is operated by Elliot Fagerberg. If the club is not what you hoped for, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the date that payment was taken.

You do not need to explain yourself. A change of mind is a perfectly good reason.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders. Refunds are therefore issued by Stripe.

To request a refund, write to us at intelligence@thesecrecyclub.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the billing link in your payment receipt. We start the request the same day.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the money within 5–10 business days.

A refund ends the membership it relates to. Access to the current case closes once the refund is issued, and no further payments are taken.

You are welcome to rejoin later. Your account, your Inquirer name, and any cases you have already solved remain on record.

You can cancel at any time from your account page, with no notice period and no fee. Cancelling stops future payments and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a renewal payment was taken by mistake — for example you meant to cancel and did not — contact us and we will refund it.
